Shipping Policy

At KollectNoir, we take great care in packaging and shipping our handcrafted dioramas and collectibles. All items are carefully wrapped and secured to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Custom orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the order process.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days - $15.00 flat rate
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $25.00 flat rate

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: International shipping times can range from 10-30 business days depending on customs processing.

Packaging

All KollectNoir products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Each diorama is wrapped in protective materials
  • Fragile items are secured with bubble wrap and padding
  • Items are shipped in sturdy boxes with proper labeling
  • Custom orders receive additional protective packaging

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment

Delivery Issues

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • Wait 2-3 business days in case of delivery delays
  • Contact us if the package cannot be located

We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund will be provided once the carrier confirms the package is lost.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can update the address if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal by recipient, or failure to pick up from the post office will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Handling Charges

Handling charges are included in the shipping cost. This covers:

  • Packaging materials
  • Labor for packaging
  • Order processing

Multiple Item Orders

Items from the same order may ship separately if they are being fulfilled from different locations or if processing times differ. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
